Because of problems with paper work from doctors office here it is 8 months later and still no shoes, was told today that my file had been shredded, cannot believe they shredded all my paper work. In the years past the service was excellent, don't know what changed this year.

Technician Brett was extremely patient and helpful explaining what he was doing at each step and also explaining the process with his Medicare too. If you are struggling with a parking problem or a crowded store, try going when they first open on Saturday, as both are very much lighter during those times.
Absolutely no parking. Also, staff is very very very slow. Extremely slow. Be prepared to be here all day, even if you are just picking up your shoes. Nothing is quick here.-Grandson who takes Veteran grandfather here. Minus everything mentioned above, the staff is great.

My feet were killing me when i went in Boger looking for an over ankle shoe. The sales man first explained the shoes cost i guess he thought i was indigent. Salesman Kendrick then provided alot of NB tennis shoes. An older person was getting reamed out by the other salesperson upon entering with his return. The manner he was speaking was offensive. I left the store limping off
