Would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! Debbie Hayes is awful I'm surprised she's still employed there! On TWO occasions I've been served with eviction notices! The first time my check was in her desk THE WHOLE time! The second she claimed she never received my money order (meaning they lost it) thankfully I was able to have my bank reissue them. On top of that they try to charge you all kinds of additional fees that aren't listed anywhere in your lease agreement. I know my tenant rights you will not penalize me for your negligence. My lease is now up and I'd be a fool to renew.

We toured The Breakers on Thursday 7/20/17 and we were very disappointed with the staff. Our tour was very fast paced as the leasing agent was afraid to get her hair wet from the impending storm rather than showing potential buyers the property. When we we got back to the office we explained we were looking to move in the first two weeks of august and she stated the trailers would be gone by Sunday. She was very pushy with trying to get us to sign for a place that day. We came back the next day on Friday 7/21 to get another tour in which we could take more time looking at the 5 different properties we were interested in. Jan the other leasing agent took us around and gave us more details on the application process and what our options were. After taking us back to the office she was also very pushy in getting us to provide all of the application information so that she could hold a unit for us. We then told her we still were not sure as we needed to talk to our other family members that would be living with us and that we would give her an answer by Tuesday. She informed me that the unit would be gone by Sunday and that she could not guarantee the unit would still be available. So we put down a money order to hold the unit. Jan filled it out to "the breakers" and held it for us taking the unit off the market. Well Monday rolled around and we decided it best that the breakers was not the best fit for us. So we picked up our money order to take the the bank to refund. Unfortunately the money order she had written out to the breakers was not able to be cashed because it had been filled out. So I took the money order back to complain and say you should have never filled it out because we had not signed any paperwork stating we were moving it. The only option she gave us was to do a check refund on the money order which would take 3-4 weeks to process. DO NOT MOVE HERE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE BREAKERS. OUR MONEY IS NOW HELD For 3-4 weeks because she was pushy in trying to get us to move in and filled out the money order without our permission. So now we will be filing with the Better Business Bureau for theft and misinformation on pricing and business practices.
A very classy Mobile Home Park its nothing like the Lamp Lighter you use to know. The Breakers are on the next level and its polished by the management and employees whom go out of their way to make you comfortable and ensure a pleasant experience and to a successful path of home ownership or leasing. Cant wait to join the neighborhood!!
We've been here since March of this year. At first we had a mishap with them saying we hadn't paid rent from before we moved in, but after taking copies in of our lease and such it was worked out. It's an overall clean neighborhood and I feel safe here. My AC went out and they had someone here within an hour to fix it!
