I am only giving it the two star rating, of not returning my voice mail. I tried calling the other day and left a voice mail. No one called me back. Going to take a ride down Sunday, October 22nd to see a few mobile home parks and will swing by this one to see if it is worth my time in calling back.
Love it here. The staff is very professional. Park is kept clean and the have events for families. Very family and kid friendly. My family had a great time at there Easter event. Halloween was the best.
The only people who have issues are the ones who like to create drama because they seek constant stimulation and attention. Not a good attitude in a small mobile home park where, each to his own is the norm.
Only reason for the one staris barry otherwiese glass on the ground hook up placed in the rear of the site giant roots in the site witch i am sure did a good number on our 40 fter plugged and not proper sewer hook ups they need to buldoze the place and start over . Need more organization as well when calling the poor woman on the phone had to call her boss to answer several questions that i had. I strongly suggest checking it out before going unfortunetly we did not and wished we had . With all of that said we did not stay .it has potential if they would just start over and do things propperly
Sunny Pines is the place to live if you was to ask me this a year ago well I would of maybe said something a little diff however Lance they manger of the park takes such pride in what he does this park was on its last legs and when i moved in there i saw there was a real chance with some input from me this place would be somewhere you would want to call home after a ton of blood tears and sweat this place is now a new place to call home even tho i dont live there no longer the upgrades to this place is just higher then i could of seen coming i knew scott and lance had it in them to make this place one of the nicest parks in jacksonville and they did just that if you have a choice i would move there the lots are big and roomy and everyone is very friendly there they are still going threw some growing pains however over all its the place to be so good ahead and stay there you will love it someday i may live there again andrew if you ever need a manager for sunny pines let me know i gladly help out
