This is the worst, management is a joke. You can never get them on the phone, it's been 3 months I asked to speak to someone in corporate, they said they will have them call me, I'm still waiting on that call. They are so unprofessional it's ridiculous. They need new staff ASAP!!!!!!!! They take about a month for a background checks. Just unbelievable!
Very clean mobile home park with decent people, they have a swimming pool for residents as well.
I love Normandy Estates... My dad lives in this trailer park. It's very well kept up. The management is all over the place but the tenants are very nice. Everyone seems to be very neighborly and nice. The lawn maintenance is kept up well. All and all, I'd say it is a nice place to live. They have amminitys, like a pool, very nice and big.... They have a playground for the kiddos. All around pretty nice Lil community.

Pretty nice mobile home park. Has a pool, playground, laundry, basketball court. It's not perfect (no park's perfect) but the park seems to be getting better and better over the years. They always have some promotion going on too. I'd recommend it
