Trailers too old move in this state. Small, road flood when it rains heavy. Just visiting.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Park is clean and quiet. Good deals on rental rates, if your lucky enough to catch a unit open. Understandably, as most folk do not want to let go of the place they have, knowing they will not find a better deal in the area.
The park is a great place to live. But like ever place you got your dush bags that want to be butt holes . The maintenance man that live in the park is very disrespectful yells and cusses kids. Wares his gun while yelling. Not very safe at all.
Worked there for over a year. I'd live there if not for my current setup.
