Horrible I moved in there bcuz I had no chance I had a lot goin on at the time,Joe is all nice in tell u sign that lease,and then he is as mean as a pitbull dog.And they are slum lords. I told them I was moving out next day I come home from work,my Xbox one was gone,my flat screen TV my shoes then gone tell me I done own the House any more I was mad and devastated,please don't move in there
Moved in 5 months ago and love the experience thus far. Ever have an issue, I call maintenance, within 48hrs it's fixed. Joe is awesome BTW!
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! THEY HIRE CHILD PREDATORS! Do not leave your kids alone here! The fact that I'm always having trouble with the staff isn't even my main worry no more! The fact that they sent a child predator to my door while I wasn't home and my 15 year old sister answer the door thinking it was my stepsister to pick her up and some old dude stood there saying the office sent him to tell us to mow our lawn then asked if my sister was underage and then made sexual gestures at her and tried to come into my house! Next paycheck and I'm gone.
Management refused to fix what needs to be fixed and doesn't care about the park they run.
They raised my rent 2x without notice. The pond behind my x home had no spring and set stagnant like a sewer. The manager constantly harnessed me personally. It seemed like he finds joy in picking on old disabled single women as tho it full fills his disapointing manhood.
