They didn't get to change my roof but I have to say they were VERY HONEST when we talked about the insurance claim, they didn't push me like the other roofing companies to go ahead and file. They sincerely disclose the status of my roof and advice me well. I wish other companies would be like them!

I got several estimates before choosing Big Fish - I was looking for quality at a fair price and that is what I got from Big Fish. Steve is the owner and what he tells you - you can take it to the bank as being the truth. His company is one of the few that the roofers are his actual employees - not subcontractors. A supervisor stays on site the whole time. Does not require a deposit - just pay him when job is done usually in one day. Great ethics - great workers - great owner - all equals a roofing company worth using.

I love Big Fish Roofing and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. They replaced my whole roof. Before I found them I had quotes from three other roofing companies. They were priced better than the others and right in our range. The quote process was easy and painless and quick. Mike Snyder took great care of us and lived up to every thing he said he would do. The crew came as expected and completed their work in a day and a couple hours of the second day. Clean up was great and the onsite supervisor, Austin Sanders, made sure we were informed through the entire process. My neighbors are now thinking about new roofs now that they know someone they can trust. These guys are great professionals and I am thankful for Big Fish Roofing!!
