Delicious pizza! We got a meat lovers type pizza (I don't think that's what it was called). Incredibly delicious! We dined in, the staff were very friendly. Everything was amazing, the cheese, sauce ratio, the meat, and perfect soft on the inside, slightly crunchy on the outside crust.
Once again a fantastic meal at a great price. The pizza has the best flavor of any in town. Don't pay attention to the haters, give it a try for yourself and you will be hooked!
No customer service at all. They are rude and will treat you as if you are beneath them, especially if you are a woman. No food is worth the way they talk to you.l
Good food but order in person. I will eat here again someday, but will never order online or over the phone again. BTW you still owe me my tiramisu
I’m astounded they are still open with the way they treat people. When I called another store to see if someone owned all of the ones in Jacksonville. They said they were all owned seperately and they receive a lot of calls about how horrible the owner is at that location and about how dirty it is inside. So after finding out that last part I’m happy I wasn’t able to get food from there because I do not need a cockroach cooked into my food. Also if you look at the reviews on here he goes on and insults the guest who complain about there bad experiences and instead of staying sorry or trying to make his place better he insults them, just like he will probably do to me. It says a lot when you have more one star reviews out over a hundred then anything.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE! I have never been treated so poorly ever. I told them very nicely I had an emergency and that I was so sorry but I was going to have to cancel the order because I was on my way to the hospital now. Then he yells at me, and I quote, “YOU KNOW WHAT, WE DON’T NEED YOUR BUSSNIESS NEVER COME BACK HERE.”
