It was a 10 dollar bowl of more-noodles-that-I-can-eat at an unreasonable temperature that never came down. Even towards the end.
1st I ordered Honey Chicken. It looked good but a piece of the chicken was raw. The green beans were completely raw... like vegetable tray raw and the carrots were barely cooked.
My overall take: A chain with potential, positioned better than P.F. Chang that has gone the wrong direction.
2nd off my son had to go to the bathroom so I took him to the restroom and they cleaned up our food before we even got to finish it!
I felt I was oversold noodles with a very few flattened white-meat chicken pieces. My lunch mate felt the same, but he ordered meat and it was a bit more generous.
The vegetables were also scarce, including the mushrooms.
The only thing that was good was the chicken lettuce wraps but not good enough for me to come back.
I've eaten here twice and it's been good. The sweet and sour shrimp was just okay but they honey chicken was amazing. There are so many gf options and the lettuce wraps are very filling.
I recommend you experience and make your mind. I probably skip it permanently.
See for yourselves: good food & service. We had a great experience, and the food was really good. They service team bent over backwards to make sure that my wife's gluten-free needs were met. Service was quick and very attentive. Clean and very pleasant facilities. We highly recommend this place.
I would: Try it, make up my mind and decide
All I got for the raw food and the cleanup of our food before we finished was a "my bad buddy."
Not remarkable, but not scary like some other Asian places.
On a final note: The napkins and utensils were dispensed. I couldn't get them myself.
The pork dumplings were very good, generous in portion, perfectly made and tasty. The sauce helped.
Tasty? Not really. The umami was there for they included a reasonable amount of soy, but low in salt (even for a low-salt person like me). The soy-type sauce lacked dimension.
An attractive location with appeal. I visited at a popular time on Sunday. Even though there was a line, it went ok. Finding a seat inside after ordering was not overly difficult.
Their service completely sucks.
Healthy made fresh and you can ask they leave out veggies you can't have. No MSG just good tasting good food

I noticed the menu had changed from the better menu I experienced in 2016. No more crunchy noodles for one. A significant differentiating items from other restaurants of the same type, in my opinion. These are easy to make at home: Boil angel hair 5 min, let them come to room temp or refrigerate. Then coil to taste and deep fry until golden. Let drain and enjoy now or later.
