After they realized that the second pizza was indeed delivered to the wrong address a "Manager" was put on the phone. She said she could remake it a third time or I can go elsewhere tonight and get a credit for a 3 topping pizza if I want to order another day.
This is where I pretty much gave up. Why as a "Manager" would you not offer to rush the 3rd pizza out at no cost due to not one, but two major delivery errors. I asked her why I still had to pay for the pizza, I heard her cover the phone with her hand to presumably ask someone else if that was ok. At this point it was 7:20 and I was still arguing with this "Manager" over paying for a pizza that I had ordered over 2 hours ago.
When I got my pizza the box said "cute sounding lady" and the delivery driver had the raddest maroon red pants ever.
Used to get great service and pizza, 5 star was the place to go for good delivery. Whoever the "Manager" is these days doesn't know what they are doing. Ordered a Pizza at 5:13, called after an hour to find out they delivered to the wrong address. They told me it would be another 45 mins for a remake; the remake never showed after an hour. Called back and the person on the phone claimed the pizza was delivered to me.
Pepperoni rolls and garlic knots are amazing. Pizza is pretty good too. Beware though, this location regularly closes early.
First Impression was great. Nice people good pizza cheap price.
My late night go to pizza place. Super cheesey and good. Try the ricotta based pizza if you're not into tomato sauce.
I ordered Dominos just before I wrote this, from the tracker it is already out the door. I am pretty confident this driver knows where he is going, busy or not.
She eventually said that I wouldn't have to pay for the pizza if they remade it, but I would basically be back in line. She offered nothing else, and hid behind a wall of "its a Busy day" and "the driver said he delivered it to you". Like I said I had already given up.
