Kid on the phone tells me "oh, my manager told me not to take that order because you're too far.". I ask him, ok, did you think to call me and inform me of that? Kid "oh we called grub hub". What a terribly run place, if they can't even take a few minutes out to call the person WAITING on their food, what other corners are they cutting?
Worst customer service ever. I ordered Ott of grub hub which they were listed as delivering to my address. An hour goes by, 20 minutes past when it should have been here. So I call them up to inquire about the order status

Do you guys eat at a different Selvinos??? The pizza is amazing. We order it at least once a week and have never had an issue.

Would give this trash place a negative one star if I could. I have never written one of these before but here goes. Service was ok but the owner was pushy. I got a lunch spaghetti meatball and the cashier didn't even know the proper pricing I had to correct her. I asked to sit down and eat he damanded i take a to go box and I asked if they serve beverages,they only serve bottles of soda. They have a few inside dining seats but no beverages no bathroom for you to use or even wash your hands. The spaghetti meatball was about 8 dollars and it was totally trash. My pasta had an ocean of water at the bottom because the cooks are so trash they can't even drain the pasta before putting it in my forced to go box. The sauce clearly came out of a can and the meatballs had a smooth texture as if they had been canned as well. The "garlic bread" is a subroll painted with a thin line of garlic butter that doesn't even go coast to coast on the roll. My dish was literally 4 ingredients and they still managed to ruin my lunch. Worst part is I read some of the reviews before eating there and was like oh it was over exaggerated. But no if anything they were all totally understand exaggerated. If you want a decent meal do not eat here.

I've never reviewed anywhere before. Maybe this place is decent in the actual establishment, but delivery? Don't do it. Pizza is a 2.2/10 and the wings were a .5/10 and I think the ranch is expired. Usually pizza, even if it's bad it's pizza. This is just bad pizza.
Avoid this place and aggravation.
