I order delivery from Rosina's maybe once a week - I love their food and the owner is super friendly. They provide friendly service when you dine in and treat you very kind.
The worst Customer service I’ve ever received in my life. The owner wouldn’t do nothing but yell at me and tell me to get over it. Asked for my money back and he told me to go “f” myself.
When I called to tell them about it he argued with me saying that the drink was taken out of the cooler and that the pizza has cheese on it.
Just moved to Jax 3 days ago and got a flier on our door. Decided to go check it out. Needless to say, we were absolutely impressed. Our server was very courteous, did not take long to get our food at all, and not to mention the old school Italian restaurant vibe it gives off. By far one of the best pizza places I've ever been to.
Ordered online and food got to me over an hour later and was cold, drink was hot. Most importantly there’s like NO cheese on the pizza and it’s cheese pizza. Apparently, this place can’t get hot pizza to a location 5 mins from their front door.
Terrible. Before I get into the food, our delivery time was almost 2 hours after being told 50 min. When we called to check on our order at 1.5 hrs, the guy was rude to us tho we were not rude to him. The marinara was either overcooked or left over and reheated too long, one of the two. Just a too dark, too stewed look and taste. The pasta tasted stale and leftover as well. Like it was put in the fridge overnight then stuck in hot water to reheat. You could taste it, very bad texture too. We paid $42 for 2 spaghetti and meatballs and 1 cheese tortellini. My plate was $12.99, had I tasted it, I would have paid no more than $3.95 since it had meatballs and I'd have to be settling for it for some reason. I'll NEVER order from here again, and I'm pissed at their prices based on the product they served. Bad food combined with bad customer service, they shouldn't be in business. There is no sensible reason to spend your money here.
Needless to say, I will NEVER order anything from here again.
