I have had only good experiences with this independent business. Their service is always fast, friendly, and professional. I enjoy their food, including taste, quality, and portions. I have made Celino's my Italian takeaway of choice because it is independent and they focus on what they do best quality food - and not trying to influence my vote. If I want politics, I will watch CNN, MSNBC, or Fox News. If I want quality Italian food, I will check out Celino's!
Better then the chain restaurants! On a scale from 1-10 me and the wife give the pizza a strong 6. Apparently there has been a problem with the delivery drivers messing up orders and taking forever, poor online to store follow through and people getting scammed using their cards which is super unfortunate so I recommend using cash (I know I will the next time I go here). If you walk in there's never a line so service is quick.
Terrible, terrible experience. Ordered 100 dollars worth of food including a 20 dollar tip to the deliver driver. First trip, my family was missing half the order. Call the manager and he blamed it on the fact we ordered online. He sends the same deliver driver which made us wait another 45 minutes. He shows up a second time still missing some of the order. Called the manager again and in the background I can hear the delivery driver saying I gave them their salad and ranch which we did not receive. So here we are waiting yet again which at this point has been 20 minutes so far waiting for our food. Poor service. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Most disgusting pizza I have ever had, the salad was warm and when I asked for a refund they said they wouldn't because they are a small company... I would think all the more reason to please the customers! Hope they go under haha! BTW they're all very rude.
