They do not answer the phones most of the time. But when you do get someone on the line, the pizza is pretty good.
This place never gets your order right even when you order online and all they have to do is read the ticket. We ordered pizza from here last night and when my son picked it up one of the pizzas was wrong. I typed in the special instructions area that I wanted to substitute mozzarella for cheddar. Now these people working there are so stupid that they didn't know what that meant and told my son we were wrong! Idiots!!! I work in the food and beverage industry and anyone knows what that means. Anyway, they said they would remake the pizza but my son told them they needed to remake the order because by the time they remade their mistake pizza the other pizza would be cold. They refused to do so and then told him that they do not do refunds?! Like what?!?! We had not even gotten one item. He wanted our money back. They eventually gave him the money back and told him it was our fault. They are lucky it was my son they were dealing with and not me. Same thing happend the last time. I'm thinking the people that work there can't read. Although, I really hope they can so they can ready this review and see how sh***y they are. I will be contacting higher management!
They best fresh bread, salads are always fresh and they give you alot.
I'm OBSESSED WITH THIS PLACE!!!! I LOVE EVERYTHING! From there salads to baked subs, everything is AMAZING ❤
