I had been struggling for years with back and neck problems. Also my hands were in constant pain. I had been going to a chiropractor for about a year and one day much to my surprise he said he couldn't help me. I went to Kevin Determin at IHAC and he was able to immediately diagnose the problem. It was my diet. He, along with Cathy Goldstein helped me to see that what I was eating was harming my body. They showed me what to eat and what to stay away from. Within a few months I had no pain in my hands. Within a year I did not need any further chiropractic care. I learned what I was eating was causing to inflame certain parts of my body. I was feeling run down and tired from my former Dr. dealing out more medications to control my seasonal and acquired food allergies. I started with IHAAC a few years ago and have not regretted it. For quiet a number of years I have preferred holistic and alternative health care and life styles. About a year and a half ago I had been having so much trouble with my sleep for so long I was ready to give in to my GP and go on anti depressants even though I hated the idea. Thank goodness someone told me about IHAC and I decided to give them a try. Within just a couple of months of NET with Cathy my sleep had improved by about 90%, I was one happy camper. The next thing I wanted to work on was my seasonal allergies. We worked on that and other allergies that I didn't even know I had, plus additional emotional kinks for several months which helped me in a multitude of ways. We are currently working on knee pain and hearing loss in one ear. Over the last year and a half I have learned so much about allergies and emotional issues and the physical problems they can cause. This healing process is not a fast fix like taking a prescription (which in a lot of cases just masks the problem and causes unpleasant side effects) but it is much better for your body and like anything natural takes more time to see results. They are very professional, courteous, kind, and understanding. I can't say enough about the positive results I continue to have with IHAC.
