Awful patient care. I specifically called to find out how late they took walk-in's and was told by the person who answered 7:30. I confirmed with "so if I come now (at 6:50) I can be seen tonight?" and was reassured yes. Arrived at 7:10 but couldn't check in - their system notified "No longer taking walk-in's at this time". I waited another 3 minutes for anybody to walk to the counter to explain I spoke with the the person I referred to by name and was very specifically told 7:30, I was simply told "she doesn't know". Unfortunately I don't recall her name but she was very curious about my symptoms. After telling her she said "yeah no. If you want we can see you right at 8 in the morning". I walked away at that point. The whole point of coming to urgent care at 7 pm was because I felt so bad I didn't want to wait for my own doctor. I get why they have cutoff times, I really do, however all their staff needs to be trained properly. I've been a Baptist patient for 25+ years, I'm extremely disappointed. I'll avoid their facility in the future.
It doesn't matter if you have an appointment you still have to wait for hours to be seen. Worst clinic. They are extremely slow.
All-in-all I highly recommend coming here.
This company needs to have better communication with its clinics or we need to be able to call the clinic directly. I called to make sure they were still taking patients and the company said yes I get there and the pharmacy says she left 20 minutes before. She leaves at 630 everyday... Horrible
I had the best experience (despite being sick). The doctor (or whatever she is), Mary, was wonderful. When I got there, she was finishing with one patient, cleaned up the exam room, and them came out for the next person (me). Asked plenty of questions and asked follow-up questions to where the symptoms led. Gave me a great explanation on the meds, both prescribed and OTC.
Apparently open at 9am means we open and work for 30 mins before seeing patients. Waited 20 mins with no other customers for a smug woman to finally come out of a room and tell me that she has a 9:30 coming soon so I'll have to wait. Told her I'd been there since 9 and she said no, I'd only been there two mins so I had her show me the sign-in screen and sure enough, 20 mins. She gives and excuse that she had to run some numbers and says I still have to wait until after her next appt, equally as rudely as the first time. So much for customer service, I'll never be back.
