Now, I normally don't come online to write a review but something needs to be said. The funeral directors Reggie and Tasha were late opening up for a dear friend's service. Also, there was a group of close friends trying to find out general information, and we were constantly met with a ringing phone as opposed to speaking with someone. Please save your money, the customer service made this experience a memorable one and not in a good way.
My family experience with Mr. McKinney business was exceptional. The quality of service that was received was far above our expectations. Our love one looked as though he was just sleeping. Mr. McKinney did an excellent job on our family member. We were very pleased with his expertise on embalming. At our time of bereavement we let Mr. McKinney and his staff take care of the arrangements, thus lifting a load of burden off of our family. We truly appreciate all the ways that he showed he cared.
