Michelle was horrible to work with. I was ten minutes behind schedule and when I got there my sister was already really upset with her attitude that she literally remained silent the whole time we were there. Michelle completely tried to take advantage of my family so much that I called the city and reported it. After calling the city within an hour she called me to tell me I was a liar!! Horrible attitude when we returned, we asked if we could work with someone else and she told me no. I can't believe someone would act as she did during such a difficult time for me and my family, shame on her and shame on eternity funeral home for trying to take advantage of my family, BE CAREFUL, you've been warned!!!!
