We had a difficult problem with an old circuit that would not consistently malfunction. Mr. Sparky was able to recognize two separate problems on the same circuit and fix them. The average person would have had a hard time troubleshooting this situation. They saw it as a challenge and went after it. They are good at follow up, great office staff, good listeners, explain the problem in commonsense language, professional, and care about your property as they are working. They also made suggestions for lighting that is saving us a considerable amount of money. They become your electrical expert that you can trust. Not fancy, just solid, and efficient.

Our technician, Billy, was very courteous and respectful upon arriving at our home for a quote. He was very personable and easy to talk to. The work was completed in a timely manner and very efficiently with two technicians on the job. Thank you Billy and Brandon for doing an excellent job putting up lights in our home. Payment was made easily over the phone to Dawn in the main office upon completion. We will definitely be calling them to come back to replace more light fixtures.
Travis and Brandon came out to my new place and installed fans and light fixtures. They were extremely quick, efficient and very pleasant. They even went the extra mile to change out all old light bulbs for LED bulbs. Even my very timid rescue dog loved them. I'm positive if I have any future electrical needs, Mister Sparky will be my only call.
