Needed some electrical work done asap. My son called me at 3:00pm on a FRIDAY to tell me we had to atleast have the permit by 4:00pm that day. I called and talked to Jeannie in the office and she worked wonders she had that permit pulled just in the nick of time. I mean 20 min befor they turned our light out Jeannie was my Angel that day for sure. The next week Dustin the teck showed up. He did a great job and was very respectful. The company also worked with me 100% and was very affordable
I bought a 2-hour service voucher through Living Social to have some simple electrical work done (e.g., adding a switch to a light). The technician, Michael, was on time. He was polite and worked extremely quickly (I felt that I was getting the full amount of time that I purchased). He immediately recognized a problem with wiring performed by a previous "electrician" that had put our structure at risk of fire. He resolved the problem and installed the switch. I cannot say enough good things about this technician and this company. I will definitely do business with them again, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Bad Experience with this company.. to many issues to list here.. I'm guessing that charging you for travel time before they arrive at your property and then going to the store for supplies is standard in the industry?
Been dealing with a lot of contractors during this remodel. I got an electrician named Dustin. He was excellent! Hard working and very knowledgeable. I was very, very happy with the experience.
I should note that another company quoted me over $600 for the same one-hour job. Outrageous! I'm glad I found B&G instead of letting that other company rip me off!
