I hired Howard Electrical Services to replace two ceiling bath fans, a new shower light, a new chandelier and a new outlet. When they replaced the bath ceiling fans they left a 2 inch hole that was exposed to the attic which allowed insulation to fall into the bathroom. Neither of the fans were properly connected to the venting outside. Both the mounting flanges were cutoff and they are no longer serviceable per the manufacturer. The chandelier was hung at the lowest possible level and needed to be raised which they wanted to charge me for after the fact. I used them previously, but I would not recommend nor use them in the future. If you do use them, MAKE SURE YOU INSPECT the project entirely before you pay them.
I am not the kind of person to leave rebiews for every little thing, but this is crossing all the lines of customer serbice... Used them last year and figgured to call them again. I called for service 11.20.17 in the morning and talk to the answering service(can not reach an actual Howard electric person), no call back, called the next day, called the day after, then it was Thanksgiving(didn't call) called on Friday and called on the following Monday 11.27.17. Talled to thr answering service each time. Nobody bothered to call me back, up until today 11.28.17. Today they just sent me an email(nobody bothered to call). Asked them if somebody can call me back so i can talk to somebody, another email.... Should you need an electrical service, do yourself a favour and call somebody else, somebody that will follow up with call back at least. Thanks for reading
