This is the best Dillard's in Jacksonville. The customer service is great and their is always someone willing to help. They also have a good selection of men's dress clothes and dress shoes. My shopping experience here is always good.

Was looking to buy a suit for my new job. We tried men's wear house and were not helped properly and they were trying to put me into a suit that was way to large! So we left and went to Dillard to look. Thomas Moffett helped use tremendously find a suite that fit properly. It was a great experience and I will definitely go back in the future.
