First time experience and very pleased! Dropped off my Lexus SUV to have washed and interiors cleaned on a Sunday morning and after shopping, came back to a sparkling clean vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Great experience!
Prices are reasonable for the amount of work involved. It took a little long but it was perfect and that is what matters. They did a very good job, followed up on the appointment time and arrived on time. Payment processing was quick and simple.
Saw there were only a couple reviews but thought i would give them a shot. Opted for the $135 premo interior and exterior service as my car was dirty. Not filthy but def needed a good detailing. Showed up after the quoted 2 hours and was told needed another hour. After the wait i paid for my service + tip but upon inspecting the car found that the interior had not been detailed. Only vacuumed. Notified the staff and after waiting another hour got my car back still in sub par cleanliness. The lady at the desk couldn't have cared less about what was going on. The guy who she assigned to clean the interior the second time was nice and worked fast but fast work equals stuff gets missed. He gave me a $20 off coupon but i wont be using it. I was tired of waiting at this point and took my car and left. Don't waste your time or money.
My car had a good amount of love bugs on the front of it, I got the basic exterior wash and all they did was pretty much spray the car down with a hose. There are still bugs on the front end, water marks all over, and the glass is still dirty. They did not do a good job at all and I am not returning.
Took my black mercedes with hard golf course sprinkler system water spots baked in!! The removed all spots within an hour! it looked fantastic! good prices! They even gave a ride to stores for shopping! great service! friendly and very helpful! will use them again as regular customer! very satisfied!
