They were crazy busy on Saturday morning, but got my car washed inside and out within the time they stated. I had my headlights done as well when I saw how quickly they did it to another car. They quoted me 45 minutes to finish just that and when I said I couldn't wait that long, they got it done in less than 20! They look great. The car was super FILTHY to when they got it and came out pretty well. I've done better by hand but I spent far longer doing it. All in all, I'd go here again if I needed a quality wash and didn't want to do it myself.
Extremely disappointed with the service here. Arrived at 1 PM and purchased a car wash including the express seat treatment as well as express polish. I was told that it would take approximately 4 hours for my car to be done. That did not bother me, and they offered that I could leave and they would call me when my car was done. I left my phone number. Four hours later, I called them for an update and I was informed my car was finished. Why wasn't I called?
Upon arriving, I was surprised by the marks still on the exterior of my car that had not been cleaned. A representative saw me walking around my car and came over. When I showed him the spots, he was able to wipe them off, which I thanked him for.
For four hours of "service", my car looks like it received maybe 30 minutes. Dissatisfied and will not be returning.
First time here. Bought the gold package interior and exterior. Said it would be 30 minutes, ok no worries. I was there for an hour and had to ask if my truck was done. They had no idea. It was just sitting there. It was still dirty on the outside and the windows. Not s great first experience. Not sure if I will be back....
Upon inspecting the interior, I noticed that only the front of my front leather seats were conditioned, and not the back. In the picture I have attached, you can see the upward swipe of the front half of the head rest, but the entire back is bare. My windshield was also wiped off in a hurry, with many smudges I had to take care of myself. I called the phone number to confirm the back of my leather seats would be conditioned in the express seat treatment, and the representative confirmed that should have been included.
Was there 11/13/2017, I understand they are busy. To leave several customers hanging waiting on their cars when you know it is done is not smart on their behalf! I had to ask for my car.....then when I checked it, the guy that was taking care of me was not happy when I pointed out sand in the back that needed to be swept up. Luckily the gentleman working on the truck behind mine swept the back out for me. I am going to rethink the Spa because it has happened before!
They cleaned the outside of the car well. I asked them to clean under car seat as they told me this was possible if I removed it. They did not clean the seat. There was a sticky substance on my seat afterward. They took some new air fresheners I had just put in my car.
