This place used to be good. But now they suck. They don't whip your vehicle down good, they whip the same spot over and over and don't wipe the rest of your car, and use the same towel for your rims to whip the body. Very poor job. Never wasting my money to go there again. But honestly manage need to do something about it. To make matters worse you increased the price.. very very poor
I just took my car there earlier today and I was entirely disappointed. It took over an hour and fifteen minutes for a simple car wash and the detailing was severely lacking. There were noticeable fingerprints on the driver window and large smudge marks on the center console - neither of which were cleaned when I got my car back, not to mention they neglected to vacuum the sand around the car seat in the back. I basically wasted $20 and my time, and just took the car back to my house and spent a quarter of the time doing a better job myself.
Stop complaining about every little thing that comes up. Honestly there’s always 2 options. You put on a uniform an get out there and do what they do or wash your own car. However I’m sure that would be to much for you guys to do. So shut up and stop complaining. I’ve been coming here for years myself an if something is wrong I correct it myself. So please some complaining about it cause they’re doing there best! An if their best isn’t good enough stop letting your kids throw Cheerios all over the floor and stop putting trash on the floor.
BUYER BEWARE!!!! I took my 2014 Nissan Versa to Bubbles Car Wash for cleaning. I ordered the full service wash. The tape they used to hold down my rear wiper ripped off a section of paint. No one said anything to me about this when I picked it up. Bubbles offered to "touch up" the spot but will not pay for it to be fixed properly. The folks there have been very professional and there is a chance that this happened because of a factory paint defect but at the end of the day I now have a big chunk of paint ripped off of my car and Bubbles Car Wash will not help pay to have it fixed. I am disappointed and will never go back.
I came here to get my car washed on Monday Sept 24th and everything was fine, at least I thought it was. My car was washed I put my tip money in the tip jar walked to my car gave them the stick the cashier have me, got in my car n took off. As I'm driving I started noticing little tan specks flying EVERYWHERE!!! I looked up and the cloth was hanging from my sunroof. I immediately called and asked for a manager. Wendy came on and told me to come on back so she can take pics etc. I pulled up she took the pics & said idk why they would even slide it back if it was closed. I agreed. She was suppose to give me a call back regarding this issue, but of course that didn't happen it would've been to professional. I called today Thursday Sept 28th and spoke to Ernest who proceeded to tell me how yes they seen the guy pull it back but they're not going to fix it because they don't feel like their employee was rough when pulling it back. So I said I was told it shouldn't have been touched in the first place quoting Wendy. He told me Wendy don't always work outside so she wouldn't know...mind you Wendy is a manager so how wouldn't she know the rules and regulations at her place of employment? I wouldn't recommend this place they will DESTROY your vehicle and then say they're not RESPONSIBLE. Now I can easily fix it however I DIDN'T DAMAGE IT. So I had to contact my attorney regarding this matter. This is ridiculous especially since I've been a loyal customer of theirs for YEARS!!!!!
Save your time and your money - they used to be great, they're not anymore.
