So, for months I’ve been trying to get this white paint off my car that my friend spilled on my car! It came off 2 months after trying to get it off! I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE! Everyone was nice and so helpful! I WILL BE BACK!!!
This car was is far from cheap but they do a much better job than some others in the area. At least they treat you like they care. Had just one issue with windows not being done very well. Streak and swirl marks on windows but all in all not bad. Took three cars there during their soft opening when they were still ironing out the kinks with the process and the staff.
Finally - a great car wash in the Mandarin area in Jacksonville. Right on San Jose Blvd, it is super convenient and the price is great. I didn't try the interior detail yet but will be back soon. I found the exterior wash to be a really good value for the price, they even wipe your vehicle dry by hand. This will be everyone's favorite car wash in the area! Great job!
I visited the first time with my 4-Runner shortly after the location opened. I was one of the first customers of the day and while it took 45 minutes, the vehicle looked great. I just took my wife's Accord, was the first customer of the day and it took less than 30 minutes. But, once I was in the sunlight, I could see that the windshield and all of the windows were streaky. I turned around and went back in and even after they gave it a second pass, the windshield still looked awful after I was back on the road! When I got home and cleaned it myself, I then noticed bug guts on both the front and on the backside of the side-view mirrors. I'd like to say you get what you pay for, but for $25, I would think they could at least get the windows clean. I'll be going back to Bubbles where they provide the same services for $25 that Prime charges $39. Nobody is perfect, but at least I never had to re-clean after leaving Bubbles.
I love this place! They have been awesome since they opened. My car is always super clean (as is expected) when I leave, and the staff really treats you well. Definitely recommend to anyone who’s in the area!
