Paid for ultimate this morning and it barely rinsed my car, and the blowers didn't come on at all - I tried calling the number but no answer, not even vm
It seems like every time that I go to this car wash there is something broken. I live close to it and I go to it all the time. I keep coming back because they really do have the best vacuums in Jacksonville. But the car wash is not good. I just went this morning and bought the most expensive wash and it only did half of the cycle. The blowers weren't working either. I tried to call the number listed for them but it appears to be a fax number. I will still keep going back for the vacuums but I have given up on your car wash.
Did not do 1 thing for my car..... it left just as dirty as it came...
Cars get dirtier in the 'wash' and it's difficult to get a refund. Go someplace else. You may even consider just parking outside in the rain. I will not return unless I find orange cones to place at this business so it appears it's out of service. In fact, if you have orange traffic cones, please place them in the driveway so nobody else wastes money here.
