Great business will be returning to buy a car here. Make sure to see sales manager Sean M when buying he made it no hassle and they don't sell junk here. Absolutely a 5/5 used car dealership.
I want to personally applaud the fantastic & wonderful staff that went above & beyond to assist me in my finding a car. Many people judge places/thing's by outer appearances & this is where we make mistakes. It's not what you see on outside, but what's good on inside. Character, salesmanship, dedication. They easily could have put me in Escalade, etc..but was honest & told me not just about a sale, but making sure you have something affordable to repair. Will continue to refer people here. Love the stafc.
Called in after seeing a vehicle we liked. Initially took my app over the phone, and the sales person was very cordial. When he called back the next day, he said the vehicle I wanted was no longer available, but anything similar would be way higher than I expected. So I declined. He then called me back the next day and said they in fact had the vehicle, but the price was still a little out of my comfort zone. Not something I blame them for, but a little give would have been nice. I called back and offered a reasonable compromise considering the vehicle was above fair market value, and that was met with "I don't know I'll call you back". The call never came. Don't waste your time. You'll only be ignored if you don't completely agree to outrageous pricing
