This place is EXCELLENT!! I was in town visiting family & my cousin had to buy a new car. She already had a rental from Enterprise & the sales rep (not from this location) told her about this place. We went over & from the moment we walked in everyone was so professional and friendly. We met David & he was everything you could want in a sales associate. He asked her price range, monthly budget & the types of vehicles she was intrested in buying. There was no haggling over the price AT ALL!! Whatever the list price was that's what it was, which they were all priced very well. We also met Mrs. "V". She was PERFECT!!! She was one of the managers she popped in to speak while we were with David & she ended up finishing the paperwork. She gave my cousin some tips in order to pay the vehicle off faster if she wanted. "V" is VERY knowledgeable about her job. I live in AL and I promise you those cars would be double the price here!! I would seriously check this place out!! David & "V" you both were a dream!!!
My mother just purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sonata, a week ago and she loves it. Dyana and Ms. V was totally awesome, we they answer all our questions. It was a very easy transition, so much cheaper than the buying from a dealership and it still have factory warranties on it. !! My next car purchase I plan on getting it from Enterprise Car sales.
I usually love it here. But the lady that checked me in. She came off rude. When I pointed out a scratch she said "yes again the size of a dollar". Like don't make me repeat myself. And when I returned the van she just was blah. Like she tried to intimidate me to make me give y'all a good review. Van was dirty by the way...and it didn't have the DVD player like the one before. Was a little upset about that.
Sales reps were professional & accommodating.
Two of the front seat passengers 3 car chargers didn't work so off to Firestone I went to get that fixed. Yesterday, I had to take the vehicle to Chrysler to have the door key (in the door handle) fixed. The key would not work but would work in the glove box. Tomorrow (Monday, 25SEP) I will have had the vehicle a month (purchased on Friday, 25AUG). I understand purchasing a used vehicle I will have some hiccups. What I didn't realize was that I would have to deal w/several minor issues (so far) within the first month.
I purchased a 2016 Chyrsler T&C & had the vehicle transferred to me (FL) from VA. Not even 12 days later, I had to put 20 lbs of air in my driver's side rear tire. I haven't even driven outside of my city. Mechanic could not find any punctures but could tell by the wear on the tire, that the vehicle (or the tire) had been driven on while flat. Thus, I purchased 2 new tires (& put in a claim for reimbursement for one since I purchased the wheel/tire protection. I'm waiting to hear back.
This was my second car buying experience the first time was not great at all. But Enterprise Car Sales was amazing we had two wonderful ladies Mia Gingold and Vanizia Wilson helping us out.They were very helpful and made sure not only that we were going to like the car we were going to get but also that it was affordable and it wasn't going to be a struggle to make payments. We have been telling and will continue to tell everyone we know about them and our experience. We told my mom about Mia and V at Enterprise Car Sales and how nice we were treated that the next day she traded in her old car for a new car and loved her experience with them as well. Thank you so much for helping us out and enterprise car sales will be the only place we go to get cars now.
