Extremely friendly sales people who have no pressure. The sticker price was no haggle but we drove across town because the selection of trucks was large, very low priced, and in great shape. I've owned about a dozen cars and this was the fastest I've been in and out of a dealership. I will definitely be going back when it's time for a new vehicle.
I had been searching for a new truck for the last month and then I was told about Autobasics. I emailed asking about a truck they had listed and was contacted by Joe.
Shopping at Autobasics was a great experience! No pressure, our salesman Ken explained everything and showed us exactly what we wanted. We checked/researched MULTIPLE dealers and vehicles and couldn't/didn't find better. We had to drive over 2 hours but it was worth every mile!!! Every thing was just as it was promised over the phone and website. Would DEFINITELY purchase again from AutoBasics and will DEFINITELY recommend to others.

Great little Dealership with a Big Dealership attitude. Customer comes first. A good diversified selection. They have the vehicles that were listed on the Internet. No bait and switch, like the big guy's do with their Used Vehicle line. Worth the drive over the River.
