Chad was honest and straightforward. I wish I was given a price for the vehicle I was looking at. I had to get covered for a loan before being told a price. Lame. But he will work with you
Horrible, when I bought my Charger the sun roof was messed up, but they put in the buy order that they would fix it...6 months later it still wasn't fixed, and the car had lost all power. I had a mechanic replace the idler pulley, serpentine belt, alternator, battery, and a few others parts, all new parts and all at the same time and the car still wouldn't start. I called them and they said they would fix it and add it to the end of the loan. They called me and said "it's the idler pulley and the belt". I said that's impossible I just replaced them 2 days prior to you taking the car. I then asked about the sunroof (yet again, seeing I've been waiting 6 months). The response was we'll get to it. I then said it was in the buy order and seeing you didn't complete it, it's a breach of contract. They're response was "We never said when it would get fixed". I would never recommend them to anyone, shady business practices. Then they sold my car to someone else but acted like they sent it to auction, so they could put it on my credit with any amount they wanted.
THAT being said, the vehicle I bought from them myself was as- advertised. I checked everything out physically with the truck, and the history report I ordered for the truck online (on my own accord) came back that it was not a salvage, flood, or stolen vehicle. Also that report confirmed that the unusually low miles this particular truck had for the model year, according to registration history, was indeed accurate. Nothing that i can see so far indicates any band-aid half ass repairs on the truck were made just to get it to sell, and so far, every single aspect of the truck was accurately represented from the moment I looked at it.
I went into Network Auto Sales with $2000 and met Chad he told me what would best suit my price range and I left with a great and no issues, he and the staff are very personable and inviting no one makes promises but they try to adhere to your affordability. If you have any credit issues and a substantial down payment you will leave in a car. Chad was great and will recommend him to my friends.
Good people.
4 stars for now, still pending my title for the truck in the mail and my plate transfer, so the final 5th star is riding on how well they do with that.
Just like any used car dealer, ESPECIALLY ones that deal with older vehicles (think 10 years or older) you NEED to know what you are looking at. I see a lot of reviews for this place bashing them about "oh the car broke down 2 months later and they didn't fix it" .... LOOK they do not offer warranties on anything they sell. That is clear as day when you walk in the door. Everything is AS-IS. Its the same warranty you get as if you bought the vehicle from somebody in person. NADA. You buy a 100k mile car, accept the risk that it major need major repair in the future that is all dependent on how the previous owners treated it. DO your research and KNOW what to look for!!! The more you know to look for, the better idea you can make of how the car was treated in the past.
Good prices
