This isn't my first time buying a car from Ray the first experience was okay. He was disrespectful at times but in all the car was awsome. I decided to go back to him because I wanted another car. I found the car I wanted 2004 Nissan maxima I noticed that the engine light was on and i informed him about It I was told to bring the car back so he could fix it. So before I took it back I took it to a AutoZone and had them check the engine amd come to find out the head gasket need to be replaced. I informed Ray about the issue and he told me that he would not fix it even though I hadn't had the car a while week yet and I would not be given a refund. I would not recommend McClain auto sales to anyone he isn't fair nor understanding and very rude and disrespectful.
This is my second time buying a car from here and you can handle the rude employees, the strong cat urine, the Harassing calls on the of payment (he calls and says you are late on your payments not just your cell phone but your job and who ever you put as a reference and your payments can be due that day. )they are friendly at first willing to fix what ever you say is wrong with the car you are test driving but if it cost more than one hundred dollars to fix they will change their minds and get really nasty with you after you sign the paperwork for the car . But other than that it's an ok place to get a car my first time getting a car was better than the second time (not reliable but a car)he will try to work with you at first but he will talk down to you like you nothing. (ps when I was making a payment I saw Mr Ray McClain pull a gun on a customer when the customer told him you are not going to be talking to me anyway I make my payment on time )
