This carriage company completely ruined our special moment for our friend and turned out to be a terribly unprofessional business, who expected full payment before services were rendered and if this was the case should have informed us ahead of time. Still wondering what the half-deposit was for?? Would never recommend this company!!
Wonderful company. Have used them many times. Pony rides, petting zoo and carriages have all been beyond expectations. Would highly recommend them!
Terrible business!! We had a surprise for our friend's special birthday. We had planned a Cinderella themed party, had rented the Cinderella carriage from this company. We invited our friend to the clubhouse under the pretense of her coming to a made up event, and were planning on having the carriage waiting for her to take her to the actual party which was at one of our another friends house with all the guest waiting to wish her. We put 50% of the deposit down when we reserved the carriage.
They leave their animals with no hay or water in the sweltering heat standing in a trailer while they go shopping for hours.
We used them for our company Christmas party, and the kids loved the horse drain carriage rides. Would recommend.
When our friend arrived at the clubhouse she got into it and we to left in a car ahead of the carriage. Couple of blocks down the road we realized that the carriage was not following us when we called the the owner said that the carriage would not move until the full payment was received. We told the owner if we were informed ahead of time we would have had it ready for them, and since we didn't know we did not have it with us. But, since our friend's house was just half a mile down the road we would give it to them as soon as we get there. But the owner still refused to move the carriage, but luckily my friend remembered her credit card number and gave it to the owner. But, by this time our special friend and her husband who were in the carriage also found out what was happening offered to pay for the carriage, which was so extremely embarrassing for us.
