Denise with Goldwing Travel demonstrated a lack of interest to build her business, very poor communication, and appears to care more about her own travel plans than the client. I contacted her 4 times and still was never able to solidify arrangements because she consistantly stated she would get back to me but never followed through. The final straw was when I called to follow up yet again, and she replied via text "I'm driving." In which answering the phone would have been safer than texting while driving. I left a message and 2 weeks later, she still never called back. Very unprofessional and as much as I wanted to support her business, I would not recommend Goldwing Travel to anyone. Beware.
