My wife had to go here for her fingerprinting. very fast and easy. hardly nobody was there. parking was a bit crazy because they were doing a naturalization ceremony in another section of the building so there was almost zero parking.
Our biometrics and adjustment of status interview were a great experience. The staff in the office were professional but friendly and kind. The process was fast and smooth. Great office, great and funny security guards, and great officers. Great experience, thank you.
I went to the office with my husband for his biometric appointment, because his English isn't good enough to really thoroughly go through the whole process himself so I was there to support him, plus I was also his preparer for his I-90 form. The purpose of us being there was straight to the point, the whole process took less than 10 mins to complete which was good. However, the man who served at the front desk, also was the one who took care of my husband's case (I guess, because I wasn't allowed to be with him in the designated zone) - was so unprofessional, in my point of view. Yet, he is a nice person I'm sure, but I don't think everyone would enjoy his sense of humor which I thought being unnecessary while at work. First, please make eye contact when talking to the client, second, don't smirk at the questions a client trying to figure out the answers, third, please answer the question straight to the point and don't try to use another question to make a client feel silly about their own questions. Don't roll eyes or shrug shoulders. I was nice enough to really bare through all of these and not being vocal to straighten everything with him right then. I will either take it as being unprofessional or being racist. Thanks for helping us with what needed to be done but please keep in mind this is an official business. I would rather seeing people being strict and professional than being funny and crossing the lines. I do have my limits. I apologize because I don't have that kind of humor or personalities to stand it. :)
Is the best way giving and images and directions for some of us to get all information before arriving to your appointment with no problem.
