A waste of tax payers money. The employee on my case never followed up just swept it other rug. I called to check the status of my case, they screened calls, and an employee picked up the phone just before I was about to leave a message. I told her the situation, she, "Someone will you call I promise, you're case has been resolved." I'll give the message to the employee working on your case. Hmm, I was bewildered. Til this day no call and only half of payment and hours received from my former employer. The Labor board employee looked down on the non received payment as little money, but it's my money. You don't work for free so why should I. Anyway, I took it as a loss, but in the end it will affect the employees that didn't do their job and my non paying former employee.
Called 10-15 times over several days and can not get a person to answer the phone . Also left a few messages per the recording prompt and have not been called back although the recording says someone will call back.
