Avoid this place at all costs. Upon returning from my trip, I discovered the male attendant who parked my vehicle went through my closed compartments and proceeded to steal several personal items. I immediately advised the on staff person of the situation. She stated she would have the owner call me and after several days I didn't receive any correspondence. If they want to employee thieves, then I want no park of their services. Its not worth cleaning out your glove box and console to save a few bucks. I am not a complainer by nature, but being this disrespected warranted some action. I just hope this review helps someone else avoid loss like I had. Stay away!
I parked here on Thanksgiving evening for 4 days I returned 4 days later at 10 pm. I had a hard time seeing their name sign, but it was so easy I got to the parking lot they took my vehicle and took me to the airport right away, when I got back I called when my plane landed and they were waiting for me when I got out of the airport. The price was very good and the service was excellent. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends. I read some bad reviews about this place but my experience was very good.
I am highly upset about my experience with your business. I purchased parking in advance online via Cheap Airport Parking for 3-23-3-27 of 2015. I prepaid 3.38 and 13.51 was to be due at the lot. When I arrived back from my trip on 3-27-2015 I had no phone as I had my phone stolen in Mexico and could not find the number to call the shuttle. No one knows this business as Travel Time as it is advertised so needless to say I was stranded for awhile until finally I started asking the driver of every shuttle. The driver for travel time was advertising for a hotel on the shuttle so GOOD THING I ASKED. Once I arrived about 11:40pm the man at the front desk attempts to charge me over 30.00 for my parking. I explain to him that I had paid online and he tells me he has NO RECORD. After beating his computer for 15 mins he says he can adjust the rate with proof. Well I had none except the email con. as I lost my phone once again. He makes me walk around behind the desk and log into my PERSONAL email to PROVE TO HIM I am not lieing oh and then has the nerve to charge me an extra day as it is now past 12:00pm. I ended spending over what I agreed to and as a woman at midnight I was VERY Uncomfortable. NEVER AGAIN
My car is infested with ants...awesome. Production here is also very sketchy. I won't be returning. Spend the money to uber to the airport.
