It's so easy to do the right thing and do good business because then you have job security. I would have raved to 10 people if we were treated fairly but he was absolutely rude and obscene. Put fear in us due to a "possible" future "backup" into the house which had not occurred, so we Installed his lift pump for hefty price, it was a "used" pump, not fresh out of the box. He cut the electric to the siren/emergency light which we did not know til weeks later. Used young apprentices to do the work while he cursed and argued with me because I had questions about the horsepower & brand-name and grinder capacity. He does not like a female questioning him. We called a few days later because we had a question and also did not get a receipt. Left several messages. Texted and e-mailed. Never contacted us. My contractor finally caught him off guard to ask questions on my behalf and he picked up the phone only to argue with my contractor and blame us for the pump not working! Stay FAR away. Had to replace the pump he put in weeks later and when it was pulled out it had no Grinder on it at all! He duped us. He never even pumped out any of the old sludge before dropping his pump in.
Poor quality workmanship and worse, a principal who makes common passes at female clients in an effort to make the work appear to be....better? Even if you could stand the passes, which you won't, the workmanship is beyond inferior; they hire subs who don't use tarps, who drill in bedrooms and leave dust everywhere, and who leave supplies in the driveway, including boxes of unused tiles and cement bags, that have been here weeks after the job was "done" (hardly), and which I will have to remove with some help in the heavy lifting department. Worse, they then go to the managing agent to claim it is somehow the clients fault.
I had a plumbing issue in my kitchen and received same day service. The plumbers Rob and Chris came out and were extremely professional and friendly. They were honest, did great work in a timely manner, and were so personable. I will never go elsewhere for future plumbing needs. Great job guys!
