Had Bill Fenwick out several months ago to help with remodeling. They were so great! Naturally, we called them out again for a remodel on our new home. It wasn’t exactly an easy job as it was a complete reconnect and update. They made sure that I only paid for the hours that they worked and not the time spent waiting for solutions to issues. Justin and Clayton were professional and considerate at all times. So much so that, when our hot water heater went out (it actually died while they were here and we made the mistake of thinking we could make it last a little longer), we called Bill Fenwick again - the very next day. It was a weekend and Allie went above and beyond to find someone that could help us. Mark and Mitchell had us all set within an hour after their arrival. Incredible experience and proof that you get what you pay for... they are worth every penny. If you want it done right, call Bill Fenwick first!
First of all: The plumbers were great, Jimmy and Mark. They were friendly, quick, and knew exactly how to fix my problem.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This company came to redo the pluming the the building i am living in. They had to access pipes through the room i live in and they completely destroyed my room in the process. They are leaving holes in the wall over the weekend and moved furniture around with out replacing it. My clothes were thrown on the bed with out any regard and there were tools left through out my room. The most disgusting thing someone left was a Gatorade bottle with the dipping tobacco spit from one of the workers that was here. I’m beyond disgusted at the “service” they provided. I plan on taking legal action if they don’t remedy the situation.
But: Know that they charge a $149 fee just for showing up at your door. This would have been useful knowledge to me, and I hope it is useful to someone else.
The son has a huge heart and a listening ear. I can't tell you how thankful I am for the work they did for me on 2 occasions. They are professional, friendly, honest and I recommend them to everyone. Tell them whats going on and they really work with you.
I live in a condominium that coordinated with Fenwick to update water heaters for a number of residents. Over a period of months I communicated with Fenwick by both email and phone (as well as having a representative come to our unit) to confirm our interest. Nothing ever happened. 3 months later, I called several times and received no reply. Upon finally speaking to the representative, he indicated they would no longer honor the price they had set and that he "couldn't understand" why they had not responded to calls or emails. Even if I could save money with Fenwick I would use someone else.
