I switched to Prime Pharmacy because I was fed up with Walgreens being out of stock all the time whenever I came in to get my meds, which were the same each and every month. Prime actually had the decency to call me in advance of my fill date so they could have the medication available when I came in. They also carry compounds, custom medications, and hard-to-find prescriptions not available elsewhere. This is the level of service that goes above and beyond your typical chain pharmacy. I feel that they genuinely care about me as a human being and not just my money and insurance benefits. After years of frustration at other pharmacies, this place is a breath of fresh air! I highly recommend them!

I have been a customer of Walgreens and CVS for years, and they don't even come close to the level of personal service and satisfaction that you get from Prime Pharmacy! I don't mind the fact that Prime doesn't have a retail floor or over the counter products like other chain pharmacies, because they make up for it by not having you wait in long lines to fill scripts or check out. In fact, I've been several times and never had to wait more than 10 minutes. And that includes one time when I needed help with an insurance reimbursement claim, they were able to print out what I needed in seconds, and even helped me with filling out the forms.
I want to say that I have been to many pharmacies in my day, and Prime Pharmacy definitely takes the cake. They truly care about each patient, have the best pricing, and made sure I was well educated and happy with my experience. I am now only going to be using Prime Pharmacy for all of my families needs! Thank you guys so much!!!
Great experience overall. Fast service and they are all about customer service! Which is hard to come by these days.
Wonderful staff, very helpful and informative with any questions I have. They even ship some of my medication refills to my home for free! I was a customer of Walmart for 5 years, but would recommend Prime over ANY big corporate chain pharmacy.
