You will NEVER find a better Pharmacy or a better Pharmacist. This Pharmacy is old fashioned customer service that you won't find anywhere else. The staff is so friendly that you feel like family. They go out of their way to help you. And the Pharmacist, (and owner) Chen, is one of a kind. He is awesome! So sweet and caring. You will never feel rushed. He takes his time and answers any questions. He will go out of his way for his customers. You will NOT find a better Pharmacy or Pharmacist. I'll never go anywhere else. I love Medtown Pharmacy!!
The pharmacy is locally owned by a married couple who are both Pharmacists. If you've ever wondered what the difference is between going to a big chain pharmacy or going to a "mom & pop " pharmacy - the difference is customer service. If you want a pharmacy where you're just not another number on a script, a pharmacy where they know you by name and will go above and beyond for you - You should stop by Medtown for your next fill!
This is the best Pharmacy in town!!! They not only have everything that every other Pharmacy has they also do compounding which is good because my older son where sick a few weeks ago and needed a compounded medicine and of course that not only had it but they do it right there in there facility. The owner Chen is there every single day and he also greets you by name so you always feel welcomed and important like a customer should. If you have had an unpleasant experience at your current Pharmacy and don’t know where to go or who to call, you need to call or just go in. Trust me, I know getting scripts filled can be a pain in the butt or a hassle or waiting game but it’s so different here it will make wonder why you went to any other Pharmacy. Thank you Medtown for all you do for me and my family!!
I've gotten prescriptions for myself and my dog from here and always get great service. The owner, Chen, is always willing to accommodate around schedules and flavor requests. Great customer service and pricing. Highly recommended!
By far the best pharmacy I have ever been apart of. Chin and his staff genuinely care about you. They go above and beyond to assure you are fully taken care of and happy. I just happened to call this pharmacy to check the price of a med that my insurance did not cover and even over the phone chin was so welcoming the did not have the med at the time but he ordered it for me and the same day it was there for me to pick up. I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone!!! Love them. One of the pharmacy techs Jen is also so very friendly and welcoming I look foward to coming in and seeing her friendly smile! Overall amazing place1
