Very friendly staff will work hard for you to take care of your every pharmaceutical need. I am impressed every time I visit. Much quicker than the big pharmacies.
Owner is nasty towards customers and doesn't admit to her mistakes.Told me that there was a shortage of blood pressure medication 8/29/17 I was in the store waiting on my script to be filled.so next month same story.The third month sent my father to get my prescriptions she tells him I have a prescription from 8/29/17 that I did not pickup I proceeded to ask why she told me there was a shortage when in fact they filled it on 8/29/17 and didn't give it to me. So I got short with them now they refuse to fill my rx.
Drove 45 min to get no results. Called ahead and was told that they accept my insurance for supplies when I get there she says no we don't accept insurance for that I ask why they said yes on the phone and she said the old lady that answers the phone doesn't know what she is talking about!!
Generally have a great experience.. But today when I called there was a new lady on the phone.. Marsha maybe? She was the rudest person I have ever dealt with when trying to fill a prescription. Get her off the phone!!!!!!
I had to quickly buy some durable home medical equipment and a booster recliner for my dad. Tim went over and above with help in this. Plus he is such a nice guy and happy to give advice. I am sticking with Preston!
