They say shutels every 10-15 min waited an hr and a half only 1 shuttle shows that will only hold 10 people, at least 30 of us were waiting. Everytime you call they say somebody is on the way. Left our keys unattended in the office. HORRIBLE SERVICE IF I COULD GIVE THESE PEOPLE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! I regret not spending the extra money to just park at the port.
I paid for cruise parking a few months before our cruise. However, we decided to bring our kids along with us and rent a car for the trip. So, my husband and I thought it would be better to park closer to the cruise terminal. Now, I always pay extra attention to refund policies so I figured getting a refund back from Jetway would be no issue. Per their refund policy, I would be refunded my payment minus the service fee.
However, it has been 5 months since the cruise and I've yet to recieve a refund. I have emailed the manager 2-3 times and recieved no response. Everytime I called, he's either not in or was told it takes up to 6 weeks.
Parking at the cruise terminal is more expensive, but much more worth it. They're professional and courtesy. I just reserved parking with them again for another cruise. It was definitely a lesson learned.
Please AVOID this company if you can. Delivery vans are very outdated, pickup takes twice as long as other companies, they do not work midnight-5am and the biggest THEY PARK YOUR CAR, not you. That has been our biggest issue. We came back 11pm and night. Had to call them twice to come get us. Then they couldn't find our payment, that we have already made prior to leaving. After 30 minutes digging we were free to go. Then attendant went to get our car and we hear this horrible noise. Apparently the bottom plastic motor cover was dragging on the floor. The guy stopped and started dragging it backwards!!! We have finally stopped him from damaging the piece even more. Mechanic on duty went out and secured plastic cover back in place with rubber ties, so we could leave. I had to spend another 30 minutes to get some kind of incident report instead of "all you can do is call our owner". Called owner on Monday and first thing I hear - "its your word against our word". Told him I had a paper signed by his mechanic, which still didn't mean much to him - "maybe you gave it to us like that". They did finally agreed and secured the cover with some bolts back in place couple days later at their small shop by a super young mechanic with cigarette in his mouth while underneath my van... I did that because I wanted to be able to drive again, but I still wonder till today what they were doing with my car for 12 days?
Unprofessional, it's worth the money to pay a little extra and not go to this circus..

Flew in at 1:30 in the morning and they were waiting for me when i walked out. Car was cleaned inside and out when i got back to it. The person that picked me up was very nice and handled all my bags. I will be using them for all my future parking and i def recommend them.
