Great lecture and tour. I am in the Masters Program and was impressed with the extent of the knowledge of the tour guide. I did not see any bias or prejudice displayed. Great library for research. Fee is only a 3$ donation so you cannot beat the price.
Most amazing collection of artifacts and displays related to the civil war. Great onsite library for research. Knowledgeable volunteer guides standing ready to answer any questions. A must see and visit for the serious history buff. A hidden gem.

Learn Southern history that is not taught in schools. Heritage. Great tour great price. I leaned new things. Enjoyed Mrs. Gaillard's thought and insight on the Monroe Tariff.
So informative. Some history is hard to look at, to know what happened. But as long as we learn from our past we can hopefully put it to good use in the future. So happy I finally went!
