I have unfortunately had to deal with filing bankruptcy in 2004. Mr Parker had a much smaller firm at the time therefore gave his clients more attention and personal service. Even though his firm has grown at a tremendous rate, he still does his best to give as much personal time to each client as possible. He is also the must knowledgeable person i have ever dealt with when it comes to bankruptcy/ loan modification/ getting the lender to do the right thing. I have not only had great experiences dealing with him, i have also heard numerous stories of other clients having similar feelings. He isn't cheap when it comes to pricing. But it is a business and they are there to make money. I feel you get what you pay for. If you want a lawyer with the most knowledge and up date information on bankruptcy law and procedure then Mr. Parker is the man for you.
