Hired Mr. Rowe to attempt to dismiss my $116.00 speeding ticket as it was my 2nd one in a 12 month period and therefore I couldn't do traffic school to remove the points. I understood his warranty. However, there was no contact from the moment I made the payment to his firm by phone until I received a letter with grammatical errors by mail indicating only that the judge found me guilty and that I would have to pay court costs in the amount of the ticket. No mention of my points, at all. I placed a call to the office and the staff was defensive explaining why I had been found guilty, instead of explaining or apologizing that their letter didn't better detail that. I'm essence, I paid them $100.00 for nothing as not only do I have to pay the ticket, but will have the points on my license and an unpleasant experience of dealing with his staff.

I figured ONE star because he at least showed up. Paid over $500 for him to represent me for a street racing citation. Every time he showed up, he was late and looked hung over. Made ZERO motions on my behalf, and when the judge even had issues with the officer's story, Mr. Rowe wasn't aggressive at all. Wound up losing the case, having to pay fines, AND losing my license for a year. STAY AWAY and get a different attorney!!!
