I just moved here and was excited that an Asian store was nearby...until I realized how extremely unprofessional they were. Rude customer service. Manager bumped into me and didn't even apologize. Went to check out and her daughter was running the cashier while eating a bun. She didn't know the price of some of my vegetables so she hollered at her mother for the price. The mother/manager responded "I don't feel like checking the price, just put 'something in another language.''
Look, it’s an ASIAN MARKET. Be realistic in your expectations! You are shopping in a market centered on ASIA. It’s not Walmart, it’s not Publix, it is what IT IS. I personally enjoy shopping in a market that allows me to feel as if I was in Manilla, or Taipei. PERIOD
If you want a spotless store go to TARGET!!!!!!
This is an oriental store. They seem to sell fewer Filipino food items (I don't know why), but they sell a variety vegetables.
Huge place! Nothing in my general area, but i was in the area, and had to look for 5 specific ingredients. This store had a huge fresh produce area. Some staff did not know what items were to help me, but they were friendly. I was able to find things to make authentic foods i love, for a great price! Will go back!
Employees in the aisles complaining about how stupid customers are because they ask for the price, while customers are shopping in the store. (they don't put a price on every product, but get mad when asked, as if they just can't be bothered).
Great prices on many items and they offer a variety of Asian products. The store is quite cramped, barely enough room for a small cart. So much, maybe too much merchandise packed into the store. Seems like business is going well and they're needing a larger storefront.
So the mother/manager walks over and splashes bowl of water on the vegetables I was pointing out dead.
Walking down the vegetable aisle (I was talking to myself out loud and didn't realize it) how dead the plants are and they gave me the glare like I shouldn't have said that.

Was there when an Old Asian man was yelling at how the store ripped him off in front of the store LOUDLY.
