Very slow check out. Mostly likely to encounter a rude employee but there is one manger there that is always friendly and helpful but I don't know his name.
They never have the staff to handle the customers at this store. I live in the area so I go quite frequently and very rarely is there not a substantial wait. Best times would be early but other than that it's lines down the aisles
Customer service was awesome. I didn't have to wait in line long
lot better grocery stores.. they offer nothing the competition doesnt do better
Hermes is close to my home so I visited on a regular basis but I do find the selection that they call fresh seafood is very very minimal and their meats are not a very big variety for instance if you're going to do a barbecue it would be hard to get for good-looking steaks from a place I guess the best thing they got going for him as their $1 bread
