Don't expect a fair evaluation. This company doesn't know what customer service is. The contracting and construction industry is doing well and this company is doing all they can to take advantage of those that need to have there homes fixed from Irma. Spoke with someone (owner, go figure) that wasn't concerned with being fair with customers. All they cared about is what he was gonna charge without even looking at my house. Industry is up and so our this companies prices. They won't get my business and I hope they don't get yours.
J. Lane Construction remodeled our bathroom 2 months ago. They were very professional and did everything as quickly as possible. I chose J. Lane because of the great reviews and Jesse's attentiveness. Many of the companies I called in for estimates either never followed up or acted like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to pay them to do the job. I was not disappointed with the customer service or the workmanship of Casey, Erick, and J. Lane Construction. Any time there was a question or issue, they worked with me to find a solution. This company really cares about their customers and their reputation.
We had some extensive work completed at our Woodspring Suites hotel due to guest damages , and J Lane Construction did excellent work. The were very organized, completed the work quickly, and worked with our staff to explain the progress each day.
J Lane renovated our kitchen after a plumbing disaster/flood finally convinced us it was time to bring our vintage 1999 kitchen into the modern era. Jesse and his team did a wonderful job. The Lane employees worked around our schedule and tolerated our very curious toddler. The kitchen looks great and they have happily come back twice to make sure everything is perfect. We are thrilled with their work and look forward to having them back to redo our master bath.
Our bathroom renovation turned out so beautiful. J. Lane made great suggestions and worked with us to ensure we were getting what we wanted.
