The worst experience of my truck driving life!!! Very unprofessional and rude, the service desk had 5 or 6 people standing behind the counter as I walked into the store, I immediately thought I would have plenty of help. Well how wrong was I!!! No one spoke, or said hello, they made me wait for any kind of help by talj to each other and not day anything to me, all on camera thank god!!! Then I asked was any one on the other side of the store where I could get some help, the person there said she can't do credit card returns on her register, even though there's 2 registers there... She then calls back to the service desk and sends me back there... They now says it's a day past the return and I can't return it, I have to exchange it, now they made a mess of this by arguing and telling me I can't fill out anything and to just get out!!! Please help. Please help. Please help!!!! This behavior is unacceptable and not for a cx driven business. I need some action, the 3 women were horrible.
Fairly clean for a rest stop. Typical prices for a gas station store. Game room, laundry, restaurants, fitness areas. Nice place for travelers.
Parking is easy to get into they have two restaurants which are fast food Popeyes and Subway no sit-down restaurant like ta and Petro in general their bathrooms and showers are clean
Convenient if your a truck driver. Fast service, less than enthusiastic employees but prices are not gauged as one may find at a travel center McDonald's. I ordered breakfast and was disappointed they didn't have biscuits and gravy but decided to try something new. Clean restrooms, limited seating. Upon my visit the credit card machines were down so you might want to bring cash just in case.
I got here at 8pm for an pm and diagnostic check. The tech said it would be 10pm before he could get to me. At 11pm, he said the tech coming in at midnight would have to take care of me. At 1am, Jean Fisher woke me up to say she couldn't reach her tech so they would have no one to service my truck until 8am. I was highly pissed off. Time lost. I backed out to leave, my truck derated and it was hell for hours after that. When I say this lady went above and beyond to help me, she did her job and a mechanics job. This lady covered EVERY possible situation she could think of, she got numbers for emergency services and tow trucks to help me. She googled and called EVERY support tech available, now, at 3:34am. I have lost my patience, my time and my load but this lady here, I give her all the props available. Her mechanic came in at 2am, with an attitude. He put a computer to it, said it was all DEF related and there WAS nothing he could do for me.
